MailStore MCAS Boot Camp

If you, or any of your colleagues  would benefit from some technical training on MailStore, this webinar will be a great place to start and will provide a quick and easy route to becoming a MailStore Certified Archiving Specialist (MCAS).

The webinar itself should last about 60 minutes and will be presented by Ronnie from MailStore who is one of their expert pre-sales engineers.

One key benefit of the MCAS certification is that once your first member of staff passes the MCAS test, we will bump your company’s discount MailStore up to the maximum level (30% from RRP) for a period of 6 months.

The MCAS test itself is all done online, is multiple choice, takes about 60 minutes in total and can be taken as many times as needed (subject to a 24 hour break between attempts).

New video: Using BackupAssist’s centralised administration

One of the new features to be added in BackupAssist version 7 was the ability to control multiple BackupAssist installations from a central location on your network.

This latest video from the developers of BackupAssist shows you how to configure the service, and walks you through the features it provides for backup Administrators.

Even with the best intentions, I know it can sometimes be difficult to squeeze in attending our live webinars during the working day so for convenience I’ve just uploaded a recorded version of the one I ran last week demonstrating a MailStore installation.
