In this last session, technical lead on the product, Neil Perry, delivered a new format presentation covering the capabilities of BackupAssist, the various job types and media it supports, with information on the scenarios in which we advise they’re used.
I recently ran a survey among our partner program members (all IT support companies) to find out which, if any, of the various social channels they use ‘frequently’, to help us understand how best to keep in touch.
