MailStore Email Archiving and GDPR E-mail archiving is an indispensable tool in the armoury of any company looking for a secure but accessible way of storing email. It's also an excellent way to tick a number of the boxes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you have recently upgraded to MailStore version 9 you may not be aware that the new maximum number of messages that an archive can contain has now been increased from 500,000 to  5,000,000 messages. If you are like me and you have found yourself with a collection of much smaller MailStore message archives it is now much easier to merge these together into a smaller number of larger archives.

RDX DriveOne trend I've noticed since we've been supplying  BackupAssist is the popularity of RDX and REV drives for image backups, particularly in small and medium-sized businesses. I put this down mainly to how cost-effective they can be in comparison to similar capacity tape devices, and also that they still provide that same familiar multiple cartridge approach that tape device users are used to.
