The team at German developer MailStore GmbH have again been busy grilling a little over 1000 of their beloved customers for honest feedback on their products, customer service, and support, in the bi-annual MailStore satisfaction survey.
The results (thankfully!) were really good. So good in fact, that they’ve pulled out all the stops, and celebrated with a rather snazzy infographic to highlight their impressive achievements and to give you a warm, fuzzy glow if you’re a MailStore Server, Home, or Service Provider customer.
The highlights include:
- Excellent Product Performance – 94% of SME customers rated MailStore product performance very good or good and 98% rated product stability very good or good.
- Genuinely easy to use – 95% of SME customers rated MailStore product set-up as very good or good, 93% rated product maintenance as very good or good, and 93% rate user acceptance as very good or good.
- Great Customer Service – 94% of SME customers rated MailStore Customer Support response times very good or good, 93% rated issue resolution very good or good, and 93% rated the quality of those solutions to be very good or good.
Keeping consistently high standards across all areas of a business is never a mean feat, to improve on their outstanding score from 2014, is even more impressive.
