18 Oct MailStore Server 6.0.4 now available

Afternoon everyone,

Just a quck post to let you know the team at deepInvent have released a minor update to MailStore Server. Version 6.0.4, which is now available for download from our site here –  http://www.zensoftware.co.uk/mailstore/downloads.asp. 

If you’re using Exchange it’s worth updating to this version A.S.A.P. as it addresses a couple of errors that were appearing occasionally, both the “content conversion failed” and “EWS 500” messages.

The fix for the EWS 500 error is dependent upon the message first being exported from MailStore to the Exchange server. If it has been delivered to the mailboxes from anywhere else, please follow the EWS 500 troubleshooting guide under http://en.help.mailstore.com/Archiving_Troubleshooting
