Within the \SecurityGateway\App installation folder is a sgdbtool which will allow you to reset the password specified on the SecurityGateway admin accounts.
This tool must be run from a command prompt and the SecurityGateway service must be stopped.
1. cd into the \SecurityGateway\App folder (the default path is \Program Files\MDaemon Technologies\SecurityGateway\App).
2. Type sgdbtool reset
This will reset all the administrative accounts on the server to a blank field, so it is highly recommended that you then restart the SecurityGateway service, log into the SecurityGateway and change all administrator passwords.
