Determining the global administrator account in SecurityGateway

  1. Open an elevated command prompt.
  2. Enter the command net stop securitygateway
  3. Change directories to the App folder in SecurityGateway (Default location is  \Program Files\MDaemon Technologies\SecurityGateway\App).
  4. Enter the command cd \Program Files\Alt-N Technologies\SecurityGateway\App
  5. Enter the command sgbtool listadmins
    This will show all currently listed global administrators in SecurityGateway
  6. Restart the SecurityGateway service by entering the command net start securitygateway
