As a global or domain administrator it’s possible to view what is currently present in a users quarantine folder by taking the following steps:
1. Choose Setup -> Accounts -> Domains and Users.
2. Click the numeric Users link to view the user list.
3. Select the user, then click the Quarantine tool bar button.
