By default MDaemon runs as a system service and so is not interacting with the Windows desktop you are logging into.
However, when you choose the Start MDaemon shortcut in the Windows Program menu it will open a configuration session of MDaemon’s Interface. This can be closed once required changes or checks have been made and MDaemon will continue to run as a service.
