Before you can reset the password within MailStore Gateway you must first stop the MailStore Gateway service.
Once the service is stopped you can then open a command prompt with administrative access, and enter the following command:
“C:\Program Files\MailStore\MailStore Gateway\service\Host.exe” /locksmith
You will be provided with a new admin password.
Make a note of this password and start the MailStore Gateway service again.
