How to send us diagnostics from BackupAssist

1. Open the BackupAssist Interface.

2. At Help -> About… ensure the BackupAssist Version ends with the word ZEN (this is to ensure the diagnostics you send from BackupAssist come directly to us).

3. Choose Help -> Feedback and Support -> Contact Support.

4. Ensure Submit system diagnostics to help our support team with your query is ticked and fill in the form specifying the following Subject: FAO Zen Software Support. Please also include a brief summary of problem.

5. Click Send.

6. We recommend you also send us a quick email to support@zensofwtare.co.uk to confirm you have sent the diagnostics in case we don’t receive them for some reason.
