Interested in MailStore but too busy to install the trial? Struggling to fit in a live webinar? A close second are the recorded versions I post from time to time on the Zen Software Youtube Channel like this one, entitled an Introduction to MailStore. No, you won't get to ask me lots of awkward questions via the live chat which is obviously a shame (!), but it is better suited to skimming through over a coffee if you're flat-out taking care of the day job.

MDaemon provides support for all of the major mobile platforms via its integrated ActiveSync support, so it's nice and straight-forward to connect your device, whatever it might be, and have your email, calendar, contacts and other important data available on the move. Until the recent release of iOS 7, there's never been the option available on the iPhone to synchronise notes, however we're pleased to let you know that it's here, and it couldn't be much easier to enable!

We're a relatively small team here at Zen Software and one of the things we really like about that is if and when you ever need our help, be it pre or post-sales, we're able to offer you more of a personal level of service than some of the industry giants we're often competing with. Particularly as a small or medium sized business, we know how much importance you  place on being able to get answers when you need them. With this in mind, and as part of an ongoing program of improvements, we've upped our game a little with a few 'service enhancements' shall we say!

BackupAssist Maintenance Release
BackupAssist have made a minor update of their fantastic backup software live today and as always, it's available on our Web site for download.
This release consists mostly of minor fixes and there's couple of small feature updates in there for good measure too.

Yes, the latest iteration of MDaemon Messaging Server is upon us! This most recent version of the popular Microsoft Exchange alternative for small businesses is only a point release - you could easily mistake it for a major update given the size of the release notes. With a long list of features to highlight for both admins and end users I'll waste no further time and get straight on with what I think you might find most interesting...

In an environment where we tend to communicate almost exclusively via phone and email,  it's sometimes easy to forget the value of getting together in person occasionally with the members of our partner program we're working with on a regular basis.
