If you do need to remove a customer from the usecure platform and stop all billing, you have 2 options, depending on whether you need to maintain access to the existing data created under that customer for a period of time. Or if you are happy to delete all historical data and delete them from the platform entirely.
Option 1 – Suspend Billing but keep all historic data ( reports, polices, custom phishing simulations etc.)
Only Active users are billed in the Usecure platform, so in order to stop billing but keep any data, you must set all users to ‘inactive’
To do this under the customer, go to Users, select all users, and choose Mark as Inactive from the actions menu. You must then revoke the sync authentication to ensure that the automated sync does not re-activate users. You can do this by going to Settings > Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace > Advanced Options and selecting Revoke Sync Authentication.

This will keep all existing users in the system ( set as inactive) and stop any changes or new users from being added.
Option 2 – Delete the customer from your MSP account
Note: this will remove all customer historical data and cannot be undone!
Under your MSP account, select Uservice > Customers. Next select the right arrow icon for that customer and choose ‘Delete customer’
